The City of Eustis is soliciting responses from qualified firms to provide professional engineering services for the Coolidge Street Stormwater and Roadway Improvements shall include Coolidge Street from Bates Avenue to Getford Avenue and the seven (7) cross streets from Wall Street to Coolidge Street. The project shall include, but not be limited to: a. The design elements of roadway that may include sidewalk, curbing, roadway lighting, and expanded survey limits b. Storm and drainage design c. Geotechnical Investigation Services d. Survey Work e. Subsurface Utility Locates (SUE) f. Permitting Services g. Bidding Phase Services Coolidge Street is a non-continuous north-south road corridor between Bates Avenue and Getford Road. Two discontinuous segments approximately 800-ft in length are paved while the remainder is comprised of approximately 1800-ft of unimproved “paper street” segments. No significant stormwater drainage system exists along the corridor. The City would like to design and construct a continuous roadway from Bates Avenue to Getford Road consisting of asphalt pavement, sidewalks, and an associated stormwater drainage system MBE / WBE Certification - If applicable, please provide a current copy of your MBE/WBE certification for local, county, state and/or federal level.
