Renovation of a multi-residential development in Hamilton, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development.
CityHousing Hamilton is replacing the emergency fire pump and installing an operational automatic transfer switch at 30 Sanford Avenue South, Hamilton. Summary of description below shall be read along with the Specifications and Drawings. The Project scope of Work consists of the following: - Removal of existing fire pump, controller and associated piping and electrical components. - Supply and installation of a new automatic fire standpipe pump package inclusive of a main pump, jockey pump, controllers, valves, gauges, trims, wiring and disconnect switches. - Supply and installation of new operational automatic transfer switch and associated electrical upgrades, including an exterior transfer switch. - CityHousing Hamilton's project reference number is PT23-01COCHI4 Bidders are advised of the following dates that shall be met: Substantial Performance date shall be February 29, 2024.
