Site work and paving for a civil project in Lake Havasu City, Arizona. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.

This project consists of complete removal and replacement of approximately 12,900 square yards of asphalt concrete pavement and approximately 4,750 square yards of poured concrete cement along Palo Verde Boulevard South, Industrial Boulevard & Kiowa Avenue. Installation of approximately 640 linear feet of 8-inch PVC water main in Industrial Boulevard, and 570 linear feet of 8-inch PVC water main in Kiowa Avenue, with water services and fire line connections, along with pipe abandonment of existing lines. The work includes, but is not limited to, asphalt concrete pavement removal and replacement, trenching, pipeline construction, concrete placement, domestic and fire service line improvements, and abandonment of existing lines being taken out of use. All questions that arise relating to this solicitation shall be directed in writing to purchasing@lhcaz.gov. To be considered, written inquiries shall be received at the above-referenced email address by August 1, 2023, 300 p.m. Arizona Time. Inquiries received will then be answered in an Addendum.
