It is the intent of the Contract Documents to show all of the work necessary to complete the project. All work is to be completed following these specifications and all applicable Federal, State and local rules and regulations. Where a conflict exists between these specifications and/or applicable rules and regulations, the more stringent will apply. 100.1.1 All quantities are approximate and must be field verified by the Contractor. 100.1.2 The Abatement Contractor is responsible for all sampling as required by OSHA, and results will be made available to the Project Manager daily. The Abatement Contractor must give the Project Manager a letter stating exactly how this OSHA sampling is to be accomplished.
