Located at 250 Kenny Mill Road in Port St. Joe, FL the current Bar Screen is a Schreiber 48 Front Loader Bar Screen with a Channel Depth of 48 and is 480/120V AC. The replacement Bar Screen must meet the following criteria: Ability to handle 5 MGD Flow Rate; Turnkey project, all electrical, mechanical, controls, and supplies are to be included with this project. Screen should be able to remove heavy debris such as towels, jeans, rags, etc. Screening should be able to screen out anything larger than 3/8 wide. All bolting hardware is to be s/s hardware. O & M Manual on site for review. Replacement parts available in the U.S. Must connect to our existing SCADA System for fault monitoring. Will accept separate bids per company for different styles or brands.
