This Notice of Intent is to increase the Ordering Period of a previously awarded Architect-Engineer (A-E) indefinite-delivery indefinity-quantity (IDIQ) Contract to support Value Engineering (VE) Services for the Kansas City District (NWK) and Seattle District (NWS) and may be used by other districts within the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Northwestern Division (NWD). This is not a request for proposal, quotation or bid. No solicitation is currently available. USACE NWK intends to extend the ordering period for indefinite delivery contract (IDC) W912DQ18D4006 pursuant to Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.302-1 Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services will Satisfy Agency Requirements. The IDC was solicited under W912DQ18R4001 and awarded to Strategic Value Solutions, Inc. on 23 August 2018 by means of Full and Open competition for a total awarded contract value not-to-exceed $9,500,000.00. USACE NWK has determined there is a need to extend the IDC's Ordering Period for use of remaining unused ordering capacity. The contract value of not-to-exceed $9,500,000.00 remains unchanged. Due to the unique nature of this requirement, USACE NWK does not know of and has not solicited other sources. This notice is for notification purposes only, is not a solicitation for proposals, and none will be accepted. The NAICS Code is 541330 Engineering Services. The product service code is C219 Architect and Engineering Services - General: Other. The IDC Ordering Period will be extended to 22 August 2028. The place of contract performance is 19201 E.
