As of August 6, 2024, this project has begun its redesign. Information regarding general contractor selection is not expected to be available prior to summer of 2024. A firm construction timeline has not been established at this time. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: Reference Number 0000325175 The City of Aurora is requesting written proposals from qualified firms to provide professional services including Architectural, Engineering and Cost Services for the renovation of the City's Animal Shelter. The purpose of this project design and renovate the interiors within an existing, occupied Animal Shelter to provide more capacity for both animals and employees.
