his scope shall include the addition of a plate and frame heat exchanger in parallel with the existing chillers, in order to allow the plant to operate earlier and later into the year, and to provide greater efficiency in the shoulder seasons, and in the summer when outside air wet bulb temperatures are low enough. This upgrade shall include the equipment, and associated piping and controls, as well as control modifications to the existing plant as needed to accommodate the new heat exchanger.
