This project includes the milling of existing asphalt pavement and overlay paving for several blocks of residential streets. Bids are requested for the following Contract: 2023 Asphalt Maintenance Project. Pre-bid Conference - A pre-bid conference for the Project will Not be held. Bids must be accompanied by Bid Security in the form of a bid bond, certified check, cashiers check or cash in the amount of five percent (5%) of the amount of the bid proposal. The City of Chubbuck reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, waive any nonmaterial irregularities in the bids received, and to accept the proposal deemed most advantageous to the best interest of the City of Chubbuck.
