Demolition and site work for a water / sewer project in Taylorsville, Utah. Completed plans call for the demolition of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
Taylorsville-Bennion Improvement District will be accepting sealed bids for the 3900 South Lift Station Demolition Project. The work consists of demolishing a screw pump lift station and a well house. The work includes all mobilization, demobilization, permits, removal and disposal of material, plugging of abandoned sewer lines, and all work necessary to remove the lift station and well house. The Project includes the following Work: The 3900 South Lift Station Demolition Project will remove the existing Archimedes screw pump lift station located at approximately 1015 W Meadowbrook Expy, Taylorsville, UT. It will also include removal of an abandoned well house located east of the lift station. The work will include removing and disposing of screw pumps, reinforced concrete structure, controls building, and abandoned well house and backfilling and compacting area with fill. It also includes capping of existing and abandoned utilities on the site. For all further requirements regarding bid submittal, qualifications, procedures, and contract award, refer to the Instructions to Bidders that are included in the Bidding Documents. Owner on its own initiative may issue Addenda to clarify, correct, supplement, or change the Bidding Documents. 6.02 Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing.
