Demolition and site work for a clubhouse / community center in Buffalo, New York. Completed plans call for the demolition of a clubhouse / community center; and for site work for a clubhouse / community center.

The Town Engineer has recommended to advertise for bids for the following: Job 3031 - Lincoln Fieldhouse Conversion BP-2 Ice Rink Equipment Demolition BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, each proposal must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the amount of the base bid, conditioned that if his proposal is accepted he will enter into a contract for the same, and that he will execute such further security as may be required for the faithful performance of the contract; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, the Ken-Ton Bee be and the same is hereby designated as the newspaper for the purpose of advertising for said bids in accordance with Section 103, Subdivision 2 of the General Municipal Law; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, the Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids and proposals and to advertise anew, or to award a contract for part or portions thereof as in its judgment it shall deem to be in the best interest of the Town to so do.
