Project No: 200405, 01-1100-007 OWNER is committed to sustainable or "high performance" design and construction in all of its schools because high performance schools enhance student and teacher performance, reduce operating costs, and protect the environment. To implement this commitment, the Owner endorses the high performance school strategies defined in the Collaborative for High Performance School (CHPS) Best Practices Manuals, and requires that all qualified projects achieve, at a minimum, a "CHPS School" rating. The Owner shall be responsible for monitoring compliance with the CHPS criteria necessary to achieve this objective. A bidder will need to access the Supplier Portal and submit the bid package for the transaction number identified below by the Bid Due Date. Job aids on navigating the portal and uploading the file, editing a saved response, and withdrawing a response are attached to Section 00 2113 - Instructions to Bidders. If unsuccessful in uploading the file, a bidder should e-mail maria.castrellon@lausd.net at least two (2) days prior to the Bid Due Date for assistance. The vendor is solely responsible for ensuring timely submission of their electronic solicitation response. A vendor should allow itself adequate time for bid submittal and possible technical support as bids will not be accepted after the deadline.
