The City of Newton is seeking statements of qualifications from professional civil engineering firms to provide surveying, planning, engineering design, permitting, and bidding assistance, which includes plans and specifications as well as construction contract administrations and part time observation, from firms interested in providing engineering services related to sanitary sewer gravity line extension. The purpose of the project is to replace three manholes and one manhole lining. Possibility of pipe lining and pipe replacement. Project location is at the intersection of West 21st Street and Northwest Blvd. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
