Renovation of a playground / park / athletic field in Kimberley, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field.
The scope of work is for Cominco Garden's Washroom Renovations and Building Facade Retrofit. This includes but is not limited to new tile, flooring, pvc ceiling & upper wall paneling, accessible dividers, trim, fixtures, accessible vanities/sinks, mirrors, accessible toilets, urinals, dispensers, electrical outlets, lighting, plumbing, hot water on demand unit, hand dryers and ventilation. Additionally, the scope includes the revitalization and physical improvement of the Tea House and Washroom/Maintenance Shed building facade. Proposals will include recommendations for the aesthetic, functional and restoration improvements made to restore key features of the building facade that will protect the building while making the more visually appealing to visitors.
