The City is soliciting proposals for the Construction Management Services for the Roseville Parkway Extension Project. The consultant will provide resident engineer, construction inspection, material testing, and environmental monitoring services for project compliance and acceptance with all the applicable laws, codes, and City Standards. Last Day and Time for Questions/Inquiries: All communications relative to this project shall be conducted electronically. Questions/inquiries will Not be accepted after 5 PM on July 12, 2023. The City of Roseville (hereinafter "City"), is soliciting proposals for Construction Management Services for the Roseville Parkway Extension Project ("Project"). This will be a competitive negotiation process. Qualified individuals, firms, contractors, consultants or entities (hereinafter "Consultant(s)"), that meet the requirements set forth in this Request for Proposals (hereinafter "RFP"), and are capable of providing the services requested are encouraged to participate. The scope of work subject to this RFP primarily involves providing part time to full time licensed Professional Civil Engineer Registered in the State of California, a full time construction inspector(s), special inspector or other staff as desired by the City, to work with the City staff team. The assignment will be for the entire duration of the Project for all improvements within City right-of-ways or within City easements including: traffic control and detours; demolition; and construction of roadway, structures, signing and striping, drainage facilities, grading, erosion and sediment control, utility relocations, landscaping, and ADA facilities. The Project Plans, Manual, and CEQA Mitigation Monitoring & Reporting Program are provided in Attachments B, C, and D respectively. Said proposals will be evaluated and results will be made public after completion of the negotiation process with the selected consultant. The City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive any informalities or irregularities in any proposal or in the proposal process The City anticipates being construction activities in September 2023.
