Each proposal submitted must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond, made payable to the "WYANDANCH UNION FREE SCHOOL DISTRICT", in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total amount of the bid, as a commitment by the bidder that, if its bid is accepted, it will enter into a contract to perform the work and will execute such further security as may be required for the faithful performance of the contract. A. Furnish all labor, equipment, materials, tools, means, methods, and incidentals necessary to complete the Work as required by the Contract Documents for this Construction Contract. Each Contractor shall coordinate, through the Owner/Engineer, the work of their contract with the work by others. B. This following abbreviated summary is provided in order to briefly describe the work covered by the Contract Documents for this Construction Contract. It is not all inclusive of the work under the Contract. C. The work includes, but is not limited to, the following: 1. Main secondary feeders, power distribution, and instrumentation control wiring. Provide, mount, and install electrical conduit, wire, fittings, boxes, panels, and electrical accessories. 2. Motor control centers, local control stations, transfer switches, power distribution panels, breakers, lights, and switches. 3. Electrical connections (final termination) to all equipment, control panels, ventilating equipment and electrical devices. 4. Startup participation for the various equipment and systems of the project and provide complete service to troubleshoot and assist manufacturer service representatives in obtaining a completely functional installation. 5. Removal of existing components as noted. 6. New secondary feeders, power distribution, and instrumentation control wiring. New electrical conduit, wire, fittings, boxes, panels, and electrical accessories. 7. Final electrical terminations to all control panels, pumping equipment, blowers, HVAC equipment, etc. 8. Wiring connections to all electrical equipment (including equipment furnished by others). 9. Testing, programming and adjusting of all electrical systems. 10. Startup participation for the various equipment and systems of the project. Provide complete service to troubleshoot and assist manufacturer service representatives in obtaining a completely functional installation. Provide systems and equipment training for Owner personnel. 11. Project closeout submittals A. Furnish all labor, equipment, materials, tools, means, methods, and incidentals necessary to complete the Work as required by the Contract Documents for this Construction Contract. New grilles, registers, duct work, supports and accessories. 3. Louvers and exterior wall openings. 4. New air conditioning systems. 5. New ventilation systems. 6. Equipment supports, dunnage, and structural alterations. 7. Ductwork, piping, valves, fittings, dampers, louvers, etc. 8. Roofing, penetration sealing, and weatherization. 9. Patching, painting, and finishing work. 10. Equipment controls and BMS integration. 11. Testing and balancing of systems. 12. Project closeout submittals. D. All other work shown and specified in the Contract Documents for Contract H.
