Minimum wage rates to all laborers and mechanics on the project must not be less than as provided in the Contract Documents and Wage Provisions must particularly comply with all other applicable wage laws of the State of Texas. The City of Haltom City reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive any or all informality in the bids received, and to select a bid best suited to the City of Haltom City's best interest. In case of ambiguity or lack of clearness in stating bid prices, the City of Haltom City reserves the right to adopt the most advantageous construction thereof, or to reject any or all bids.
