The Facility Operations Services of the City of Ottawa, hereinafter referred to as the "City", is seeking offers from qualified vendors to provide all labour, equipment, and materials for janitorial services at Ottawa City Hall located at 110 Laurier Ave W, Ottawa, ON K1P 1J1, in accordance with the specifications, terms and conditions set out herein. The period of contract shall commence on 01 September 2023 and shall end on 31 August 2025. The City may, at its discretion, extend the period of contract for three (3) additional one (1) year terms subject to satisfactory performance by the Contractor and provided the contract pricing, terms and conditions for the extended period are acceptable to the City and the Contractor.
