Demobilize all utilities-water/sewage, and electric prior to demolition. 1. Seal off all wells/septic tanks and related plumbing per DHEC regulations. ii. Demolish the existing approximately 1200 SF double wide mobile home structure, including but not limited to: foundation, footers, tie downs, exterior landings and attached porches, etc. 1. Remove all trash and construction debris to an approved land fill. 2. Burning is NOT permitted. 3. Shall be done per DHEC, OSHA, and Pollution Control Regulations.
