Please take notice that in accordance with the Idaho State Statute 67-2805(3)(a) and 67-2806(2), the Board of Directors of the Greater Boise Auditorium District will receive and publicly open sealed and clearly marked sealed bids for projects awarded value in excess of $150,000 respectively. Bidders shall comply with the requirement of these statutes. This is a Boise Centre East finish refresh project. All bidders must follow all regulations and statues that apply to Idaho Public Works projects. This public works project IS NOT financed in whole or in part by federal funds. Bid proposals will be accepted only for those bidders who, prior to bid openings, hold current licenses as public works contractors in the State of Idaho. The Contractor will be required to pay not less than the minimum wage established by the Idaho Legislature or by the Department of Labor-State of Idaho, which in effect at the time the contract is awarded. Boise Centre reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, to waive any informalities and irregularities in said proposal, and to accept that proposal which serves the best interest of Boise Centre. Boise Centre may also reject ALL bids if able to purchase the products and services requested more economically on the open market. Boise Centre will determine whether to award the Contract within a period not to exceed (15) days from Bid Opening Date and will notify the Bidders of the determination. Successful bidders may be required to furnish security for faithful performance of the Contract in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract amount and to furnish security for the protection of persons supplying labor or materials of the Contract in the amount of onehundred percent (100%) of the Contract amount.
