Renovation of a mixed-use development in Round Rock, Texas. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The Pflugerville Independent School District (PfISD or District) is soliciting competitive sealed proposals for general construction services of a General Contractor for the replacement of Intrusion Detection Upgrades, pursuant to Chapter 2269 of the Texas Government Code. The awarded firm will be expected to provide services in accordance with specifications and conditions embodied within this document. This Project shall include a liquidated damages provision providing for liquidated damages for each calendar day of delay until the Work is substantially complete. For this Project, the liquidated damages shall be stipulated as $250.00 per project, per day. The deadline for submitting questions is 12:00 pm CST, June 27, 2023. Questions should be submitted by email and addressed to the Purchasing Office to Craig.Pruett@pfisd.net. This project comes with estimated budgets of: $720,000 for Package 1 $730,000 for Package 2
