Renovation of a water / sewer project in Fort Sam Houston, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.

The work consists of providing the necessary labor, materials, equipment, and supervision to construct 2023 Off-Site Lift Station Rehabilitation for Harris County Water Control & Improvement District No. 109 including but not limited to mobilization, bonds and insurance, and all else as stated below. Lift Station No. 1 The work includes but is not limited to removing and replacing the pump access hatch; installation of fall protection grating to the pump access hatch covers; site restoration; reinstalling alarm beacon cover on control panel; replacing and painting conduit bodies that are specified by construction drawings; replacing control panel cable tray; recoating back panel, installing CSBE seal, and replacing terminal blocks in pump terminal box; connecting drain wire to the transducer cable shielding in the transducer terminal box; replacing terminal blocks and reapplying duct seal to the conduit opening in the float terminal box; and all else as shown on the construction drawings and detailed in the specifications for a fully functioning lift station. Lift Station No. 2 The work includes but is not limited to installation of fall protection grating to the pump access hatch; blasting and recoating pump piping and fittings from suction wall collar to three (3) feet up the riser pipe for both pump piping; power tool cleaning both pumps; removing the pipe support, sealing pipe support leak with Hydrophilic Urethane or Polyurethane, and reinstalling pipe support; replacing corroded conduit floor mounting supports; sealing penetration at the bottom of the control panel; replacing isolation switch relay and alarm horn in control panel; replace corroded terminal box mounting plate; replace loose conduit body on the float terminal box; replace corroded in back plate of pump terminal box; replace corroded conduit hubs and CSBE seals on both pump terminal boxes; and all else as shown on the construction drawings and detailed in the specifications for a fully functioning lift station. Lift Station No. 3 The work includes but is not limited to installation of fall protection grating to the pump access hatch; cleaning and recoating exposed rebar and repairing concrete along dry well wall as shown in plans; removing and replacing ball valve including pipe nipple and cold galvanizing threaded connection; blasting and recoating piping from suction wall collar to riser piping for both pumps; power tool cleaning both pumps; cleaning and cold galvanizing stair metal support; replacing Pump No. 2 anchorage; site restoration; rerouting existing pump power cables; sealing conduit hubs on pump and well power box; replacing corroded DIN railing and missing terminal block in the transducer terminal box; installing EYS seal with chico and replacing the conduit hub and seal to the transducer terminal box; and all else as shown on the construction drawings and detailed in the specifications for a fully functioning lift station. Lift Station No. 4 The work includes but is not limited to replacing conduit hub inside the autodialer enclosure; installing EYS seals on the pump and Float Terminal boxes for conduits to control panel; Install terminal black and terminate transducer cable inside transducer/float terminal box; Install CSBE seals on conduit to the wet well and install EYS seals on conduit to the control panel for transducer/float terminal box and Pump No. 2 terminal box; replacing conduit hubs on the Pump No. 2 terminal box; and all else as shown on the construction drawings and detailed in the specifications for a fully functioning lift station. Lift Station No. 5 The work includes but is not limited to providing a new Main Disconnect Switch and relocating the existing manual transfer switch and generator receptacle; replace corroded mounting hardware on service rack; wire brushing and recoating control panel enclosure; replacing alarm horn in control panel; replacing corroded conduit hub in the Pump No. 1 terminal box; wire brushing and recoating Pump No. 2 terminal box; wire brushing and recoating Float terminal box; installing missing CSBE seal and cleaning out debris in the float terminal box; reinstalling CSBE seal on transducer terminal box; all else as shown on the construction drawings and detailed in the specifications for a fully functioning lift station. The project is located in Harris County at the following sites: Lift Station No. 1 - 5610 Lodge Creek, Houston, Texas 77066 Lift Station No. 2 - 1/2 Pinewood Springs Drive, Houston, Texas 77066 Lift Station No. 3 - 14017 Cashel Forest, Houston, Texas 77066 Lift Station No. 4 - 5933 FM 1960, Houston, Texas 77066 Lift Station No. 5 - 4220 1/2 Timbermeadow Oak, Houston, Texas 77066 All questions shall be submitted to the Engineer via online.
