Renovation of a multi-residential development in Saint-Jerome, Quebec. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a two-story above grade multi-residential development.
Repairs of the buildings located at 488-490, rue Labelle, Saint-Jerome damaged by fire. The building, built in 1973, includes 12 dwellings inhabited by families, spread over 2 floors, 6 dwellings will be vacant during the duration of the works, i.e. #1 to 6. Note. Emergency and demolition work has since been carried out. TIMELINE: The project was put on hold for an indefinite period pending funding and required approvals since almost two years. It is undetermined now when or if the project will proceed to construction. Coverage of this report has been discontinued.
