Est. Completion Date: Oct. 31, 2023 The Project includes the following Work: Approximately 31,000 L.F. 8-inch C900 PVC water pipe, service connections, directional drilling in UDOT ROW and related work. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a unit price basis as indicated in the Bid Form. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Bidders shall submit evidence of qualifications to perform the Work as described in the Instructions to Bidders. The Owner may reject any or all bids submitted. This is a federally funded project. All bidders are required to make the six good faith efforts to assure compliance with the State's "fair share goals" and are required to comply with Davis Bacon Wages, American Iron and Steel (AIS) and Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) regulations.
