Renovation of a water / sewer project in Pasco, Washington. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
This contract has forty-five (45) working days to complete the work. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive technicalities or irregularities, and after careful consideration of all bids and factors involved make the award to best serve the interests of the City of Pasco. All bids must be accompanied by a in the form of a Certified Check, Cashier s Check or Bid Bond in the amount of not less than 5 percent (5%) of the total bid. This project involves This Contract provides for the surface preparation, application of top-coat to the exterior of two (2) steel tanks (2.5 MG water composite elevated tank and 2.28MG irrigation standpipe tank), and painting of the City logo on two sides and the top of the water tank and NACE coating inspection. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
