Site work for a playground / park / athletic field in Inverness, Nova Scotia. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
The Municipality is seeking qualified contractors to supply all labour, material and equipment to perform all the necessary Phase One work for the earthworks, underground water, sewer, and storm utilities portion of the Municipality's Multi-Court Recreational Facility construction project in Inverness as described and specified in the tender documents. The Contractor shall provide to the Owner within fourteen (14) days of acceptance of this Tender a Performance Bond and a Labour and Material Payment Bond each in the amount of 50% of the Estimated Contract Price. Provide tender security in the minimum amount of ten percent (10%) of total price including HST. Provide security with tender in the form of a certified cheque or money order payable to the Owner, a bid bond on CCDC Form 220, or other Owner-approved form.
