1. Repair cracks and spalls on concrete floating docks. 2. Provide Replacement of In-Kind material for damaged/missing timber walers and bumper strips. 3. Remove rust and apply protective coating on steel members or replace members with thickness loss more than 30%. 4. Install supplemental floatation on floats to restore 16-inch freeboard. 5. Add Alternate procurement and installation of a power pedestal.
