SAMTD is soliciting bids to provide services to clean, repair, and repaint the exterior stucco walls on our Del Webb Administrative building in Salem, Oregon. Requests for Question Deadline: August 8, 2023 4:00PM PDT Bidder may submit questions, request clarification, or request a change to the ITB by submitting a written request to Daniel Knauss, Procurement & Contracts Manager at the address set forth above in Section 3, 1.A.(4) or via email procurement@cherriots.org. The Successful Bidder shall be licensed by the State of Oregon to do the work and provide the systems required under this solicitation and resultant contract. All items or services to be furnished hereunder shall meet all applicable state and federal requirements of the Occupational Safety and Health Standards. Contractor shall obtain and maintain in current status all applicable permits and licenses. SAMTD is soliciting bids for a contractor to clean, repair, and repaint the exterior stucco walls on our Del Webb Administrative building. The building is approximately 9,453 square feet. The dimensions of this building are approximately 172' L x 81' W. The height of the area to be painted is 8' plus the pillars under the high awning as illustrated below. Note: SAMTD intends for the work to be completed within 30 days from an executed contract. Bidders should take this into consideration in their response. Description The bid shall include labor, materials, and services to perform the requirements below (Note - all product applications must following manufacturers recommendations and all safety precautions): 1. Preparation of the building for repair and painting. 2. All surfaces should be cleaned and any small defects or cracks filled. 3. Care should be taken to protect plants close to the areas to be painted. 4. From the images shown below, all stucco and downspouts that are beige in color shall be painted a similar beige color. 5. There are also a few small areas that will need siding repair prior to painting. Images of these areas are below. 6. Clean the exterior windows after repair and painting is completed. 7. Warranty: a. 4 year labor warranty b. 2 year product warranty
