Outline in detail the recommended work plan to be followed by staff assigned to the project. Who will be assigned as the primary inspector, who will supervise, etc. Outline their daily and periodic tasks to ensure a successful project. Indicate the number of days and hours on site. The project includes renovating of the Royal Theatre to California Historic Code, the construction of a new three-story performing art center, and with landscape improvement that include an amphitheater, a plaza, and a parking lot. Some minor landscaping will also be included in the construction scope of work. The Royal Theatre is registered as a federally recognize historic building. The Royal Theatre, along with the vacant land south and east of the building, was recently merged into one lot. The new construction element will be developed on the vacant land.
