Site work for a museum in Edmonton, Alberta. Design plans call for site work for a museum.

Construction of a new grade pedway that will connect the concourse level of Churchill LRT Station to the Station Lands Development with additional connection to the Royal Alberta Museum (RAM). The RAM is a three-storey building with two levels of below grade space. The substructure is built of cast in place concrete supported on pile foundation. The superstructure is a combination of structural steel and concrete. The connection tunnel to the RAM has been partially completed. Further design and construction is required for the tunnel to be fully operational, including the construction of a staircase to the main level of Royal Alberta Museum. TIMELINE: Request for Proposals from design and engineering consultants has been awarded. Pending approval of the initial assessments, the second phase will include design and preparation of tender ready documentation for public procurement and construction management services. Further update may be available early 2024. *Cost to be determined.
