Work under this Contract includes but is not necessarily limited to Scheduled Daily, Weekly and Annual Preventive Maintenance (PM) Inspections, and As and When required Heating under 750kW maintenance, adjustments, repairs, refurbishment or replacement; such as New installation and replacement of heating units Tests and analysis on combustion and glycol Electrical repairs, maintenance or installations to fire furnaces, boilers, hot water tanks Plumbing and steam fitting Maintenance and checks on Air Handling Units and Ventilation systems Annual heating inspections Clean flu pipes Replace nozzles and filters Check operation of controls and valves Other duties as required The deadline for completion of all work under this contract is on or before: March 31, 2026 No site visit will be organized or permitted within 3 days before the Bid submission deadline
