The Department of Finance and Management, Office of Construction Management (hereinafter, "DOFM") is initiating this procurement effort that will result in the award and execution of a contract(s) for small projects completed on a task order basis. The intent of the contract is to provide the Office of Construction Management with continuing, contractual access to resources that are necessary to perform professional architectural/engineering services as well as provide technical expertise for DOFM to implement projects for various City of Columbus departments. DOFM anticipates awarding one or two contracts; each contract will have an estimated contract amount of $500,000.00. The term of each contract is one year from the date of issuance of the purchase order, with the option for up to three (3) annual renewals. There will be multiple projects under this contract and the A/E fee for each project shall be based upon the approved scope of services. Sample projects include: o Roof upgrades o Security camera upgrades o Facility storm water improvements o Assessment of water leaks and arresting leaks o Mechanical and/or elevator studies o New parking lot o Asphalt or concrete drive replacements o Install new windows o Assessment of Buildings The following disciplines shall be included on the team: o Architectural o Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing/HVAC Engineering o Structural Engineering o Geotechnical Engineering o Civil Engineering o Environmental Engineering (Hazardous Building Materials and Environmental Site Assessment) o IT/Security o Special Inspections per OBC Chapter 17 Deadline to submit Questions Jul 12th 2023, 1:00 PM EDT
