This firm-fixed price requirement is for third party semi- and inspections, pressure reliefs, and Quinquennial full load testing on elevators and dumbwaiters at the Buffalo VA Medical Center at 3495 Bailey Avenue, Buffalo, NY 14215, and the Batavia VA Medical Center at 222 Richmond Avenue, Batavia, NY 14020. The period of is from 10/02/2023 to 09/30/2024 including four (4) option years. Contractors and their certified technicians shall follow all applicable New York State laws and provide a Qualification of Elevator Inspectors (QEI). This requirement is being solicited as a small business under NAICS code 541350. This requirement is being solicited as a small business -.
