BRIDGES HEALTHCARE 941-949 Bridgeport Avenue, Milford, CT 06460 Notice is hereby given that sealed bids will be contracted for Bridges Healthcare, Inc. - HVAC System Upgrade The successful bidder must file a 100% Performance Bond, Performance Bond (subcontracts exceeding $100,000 shall be bonded or a certified check), a 100% Labor & Materials Bond, and a Certificate of Insurance with Bridges Healthcare, Inc as additional party must be submitted within ten (10) days of notice of bid award. All bids will be considered valid for a period of 90 days. An Affirmative Action/Equal Opportunity Employer. MBEs, WBEs, SBEs and Section 3 businesses are encouraged to apply. This contract is subject to state contract compliance requirements, including non-discrimination statutes and set-aside requirements. State law requires a minimum of twenty-five (25%) percent of the state-funded portion of the contract be set aside for award to subcontractors holding current certification from the Connecticut Department of Administrative Services.
