Renovation of a water / sewer project in Hallam, Nebraska. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
As of 9/15/2023, this project has been awarded to Total-Western, Inc. for $1,841,237.41. All bids must be accompanied by a certified check, irrevocable letter of credit, or bid bond, or a term bid bond must be on file with The CONTRACTOR shall provide all supervision, labor, equipment, incidental materials, and consumables to perform replacement of Sheldon Station (SS) Unit 2 (U2) Boiler components to include floor and sidewall tubes, exterior casing, refractory, and ancillary equipment including the slag neck and slag tank trough. All materials including boiler tubes, exterior casing, and ancillary equipment including the slag neck and slag tank trough will be provided by the DISTRICT. The CONTRACTORS responsibilities shall include all scheduling, preparation, mobilization, material movement, pre-outage preparation, equipment temporary removal (as required for completion of the work), outage demolition, outage installation, equipment that was temporarily removed returned to service, start-up support, and demobilization associated with the replacement of the SS U2 boiler floor, front wall, right-hand and left-hand sidewalls, slag neck, and slag tank trough. The CONTRACTOR shall provide all required construction engineering, rigging, procurement ofincidental materials and equipment, consumables, tools, equipment, labor, supervision, and start-up support (i.e., equipment and materials check-out) to perform replacement of DISTRICT provided materials.
