Renovation of a playground / park / athletic field in Cumming, Georgia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field.
Providing all materials, equipment, and labor for HVAC Capital Replacement at Sharon Springs Park. Scope Narrative: Provide and replace 2 split cooling systems with electric heat with 15 SEER (4TWR5) Trane split heat pump systems containing auxiliary heat strips with new supply plenums and return filter box. Dispose of old equipment. Provide and install new programmable thermostats with lock box. Thermostat will be relocated on another wall approximately 20 feet from existing thermostat. New location can be easily accessed from mechanical room. Air handlers will require new auxiliary drain pans and overflow protection. Air handler shall be equipped with filter racks oriented for easy access. Existing air handlers are in a closet oriented vertically. Condensers shall be equipped with liquid line sight glasses. Existing condensers are ground level. Exposed condenser control wiring shall be ran in seal tight for added protection. Building A: 58" wide and 52" deep. Building F: 60" wide and 42" deep. Example photo available. Posts are not in concrete to allow sliding out while servicing. Provide 1-year labor/ parts warranty. Validate model/serial numbers with photos. Validate correct line set size.
