A complete response is required in order to be considered. Individuals or firms are required to comply with the California Labor Code prevailing wage requirements and the Districts insurance requirements. The District reserves the right to reject any and all submissions and seek additional responses if the number or quality of responses does not meet the stated criteria. Selected firm(s) must be able to execute the Districts standard agreement. (A copy of the Districts Agreement for Professional Services is attached to this RFQ as Attachment A) The Cabrillo Unified School District (District) is requesting qualified persons, firms, partnerships, corporations, associations, or professional organizations to provide
comprehensive and professional material testing and inspection services for the District for Measure M Bond Program and other construction, expansion, modernization, and/or renovation projects relating to the Districts facilities development of its public schools. (Project, Project(s) or Projects) At this time, the District is requesting only qualifications from respondents interested in being considered for the pool of qualified Material Testing and Inspection Consultants. Based upon the information presented in the Statements of Qualification, the Districts Selection Committee will choose the most highly qualified firms. When the District is ready to contract for Material Testing and Inspection Services, the selected firms may respond to future Request for Proposals, at which time they will develop a detailed scope of services, proposed fee and schedule. The District reserves the right to change the dates on the schedule without prior notice. The method of contractor has not determined at this time.
