The City of Rock Springs will provide a scheduled opportunity for proposers to inspect the Wataha Recreation Area/White Mountain Golf Course and existing irrigation system, located at 1501 Clubhouse Drive, Rock Springs, WY 82901. Construction Begins: September 12, 2024 Construction ends: No later than May 9, 2025
