Scope of Work
The contractor shall furnish the necessary personnel, material, equipment, services, and facilities
to implement two (2) VRF compressor systems and the appropriate components to provide heat,
cooling, and air cleaning via ionization, in the spaces identified in the table below. Heat load
comments are listed in the table. These heat load comments are considered additional to normal
heat load due to human occupancy, for load calculation purposes when sizing the VRF systems.
The VRF system solution must be directly compatible with Mitsubishi VRF systems in order to
maintain compatibility with the University of Louisiana. Any brand proposed other than
Mitsubishi must be submitted to NOAA for approval by the TPOC, along with documented
proof of system capability and compatibility.
