JJIC needs maintenance and on call repairs for various kitchen appliances. Provide Factory Trained & CFESA Certified Technicians . One Maintenance Visit for 2023 . Performs all Periodic Maintenance which includes but not limited to: . Checking all Equipment maintain correct temperatures . Cleaning condenser coils . De-scaling the Dish machine . Following OEM standards to keep Kitchen Equipment running efficiently and extend its life The following repair fees are required: . Normal repair hourly rate . After hours, Weekend and Holiday rate . Trip and Fuel fee if applicable Award will be made to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. The City of New Orleans reserves the right: (1) to award items separately, grouped, or on an all-or-none basis, or to the next lowest bidder as deemed in its best interest; (2) to reject any or all bids and/or items; and (3) to waive any informalities in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
