Site work for a mixed-use development in Saint Cloud, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a educational facility; and water / sewer project.
Work performed under this contract shall include all labor, materials, equipment necessary to provide the completion of the Narcoossee Middle School Pump and Piping Replacement Project as shown in the Drawings and Specifications provided by TLC Engineering Solutions. This will be an active campus; therefore, the campus will require air conditioning. Question Deadline 08/07/2023 at 12:00 PM ET The awarded Bidder shall furnish within ten (10) days of notification of award a Performance Bond and a Payment Bond in the amount of 100% of the contracted price, payable to the School Board, as security for the faithful performance of the Contract. The school board reserves the right to reject any or all offers, To waive informalities, and to accept all or any part of any offer As may be deemed to be in the best interest of the school board
