Site work for a water / sewer project in Carrollton, Missouri. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Installation of approximately 15,490 feet of water line in Carrollton, MO with new 12-inch, 8-inch, and 6-inch C900 PC235 PVC pipe along with the necessary valves, fittings, hydrants and appurtenances as shown on the design drawings. Project also includes several directional drill installations of HDPE pipe below waterways. Contractor shall locate and expose all line connection locations prior to the ordering or assembling of any dimension specific items. Contractor shall notify Engineer when all connection locations have been exposed and marked. Engineer shall compare proposed locations to those shown on plans and notify Contractor of any changes. Contractor shall locate all utilities, as well as any tile drain pipes in all areas that in any way may be affected by the construction operations. Contractor shall protect all excavated line connection locations to prevent possible injury to individuals or damage to the line. Contractor shall furnish, install and test water lines. Erosion control devices are to be employed to prevent loss of soil and damage to areas adjacent to work. Any damage to adjacent property shall be repaired immediately at the Contractor's sole expense. All repair work shall be approved by the Engineer.
