Demolition, site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Fresno, California. Completed plans call for the demolition of a municipal facility; for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The scope of work includes, but is not limited to: Demolition of the existing building and parking lot at 4343 North Blackstone Avenue. Demolition activities include removing existing building structure, cutting and capping existing utilities (gas, fire, sewer), removing existing AC pavement and landscape islands, removing concrete bollards, curbs, gutters, walkways, loading dock ramps, and equipment slabs, removing existing grease trap structures, and removing existing light poles, signs, and metal railings. All trees with trunks larger than 3" diameter are to be kept in place along with existing irrigation supply equipment. Type of Award Lump Sum License Requirements Class "A" Contractor's License Liquidated Damages $500 per calendar day Project Duration 60 working days from Notice to Proceed Bid Bond-5.00% Payment Bond-100.00% Performance Bond- 100.00% The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids. The Construction Allocation for this project is $_700,000.
