The City of Lima is seeking Qualifications and Proposals for a Consultant to complete a community-wide assessment and develop an inventory of brownfield sites, complete Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs), Remediation Action Plans (RAPs), and contaminated property redevelopment/reuse plans on selected sites to position the sites for redevelopment (Project). This work shall be performed in accordance with plans and specifications provided in the request for qualifications and proposals available through the City of Lima Department of Workforce and Small Business Development, 50 Town Square, Lima, OH 45801 (Phone 419-223-7281), and copies thereof may be obtained at no charge. This project involves assessment of sites affected by hazardous material, and petroleum contamination and involves aspects of area-wide planning. A budget of $500,000 for the Citywide Brownfield Assessment Project has been established by the City and will be divided among five (5) tasks. 1. Community Engagement Total Budget: $18,500 2. Site Inventory Total Budget: $10,000 3. Assessment Total Budget: $293,500 4. Remediation/ Reuse Planning Total Budget: $116,000 5. Programmatic Support Total Budget: $36,000
