The Department of Veterans Affairs, National Cemetery Administration requires a Contractor to provide all Management and Supervision, Labor, Materials, Parts, and Equipment, etc., necessary to install Irrigation and Turf at Section 1KK at the Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery; the work shall include, but will not limited to, the install a complete irrigation system in burial Section 1KK inclusive to the General Conditions, Irrigation Main Lines, Lateral Piping, pop-up Rotor Sprinkler Head, Back-flow Preventor, Solar Controller, and all other work necessary to construct and complete the Irrigation install and improvements as shown and described in the contract documents, Statement of Work, Specifications and Drawing. The Pre-solicitation Notice is issued as an Invitation to Bid (IFB) for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.
