As of September 7, 2023, bids received were rejected. Project will rebid but no definite date yet. A bid security in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the bid price shall be submitted with the bid. A performance bond of one hundred percent (100%) shall be submitted within ten (10) days from the date a bid has been accepted. Clarification Deadline: 7/21/2023 4:00 PM This project is subject to the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act and the prevailing wage rates are incorporated in the bid documents. South Whitehall Township reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to accept either in whole or in part any one bid or combination of bids and to accept the bid which it determines in its best interests.
