Site work and new construction of a medical facility in El Campo, Texas. Completed plans call for the construction of a 100,000-square-foot, four-story above grade medical facility; and for site work for a medical facility.
In Accordance with Texas Government Code Chapter 2269, Subchapter G Building Midcoast Regional Medical Center - New Hospital West Wharton County Hospital District is releasing an Advertisement to Bid for General Construction Services for the upcoming West Wharton Hospital District Project, located in El Campo, TX, in accordance with the terms, conditions, and requirements set forth in the Bid Instructions. (Prospective General Contractors are here in after referred to a Respondents.) We are looking for a General Contractor for an approximately 100,000-square-foot four-story hospital to replace the existing hospital.
