The work under this Contract includes, but is not limited to the following: .1 Supply and install 4 new rooftop energy recovery systems on penthouse roof, complete with air handler, condensing unit, duct coils, ductwork, hangers, duct insulation and controls as noted on mechanical drawings. .2 Provide structural supports for air handlers and reinforcement to penthouse roof as noted on structural drawings. .3 Install 24 new fan powered boxes in classrooms c/w supply ductwork, diffusers, control devices as noted on mechanical drawings. .4 Construct drywall bulkheads in classrooms where noted to conceal fan powered boxes and ductwork. Provide access hatches at all fan-powered boxes. .5 Modify existing building's DDC system to operate as noted on mechanical drawings. .6 Provide electrical service to all new equipment as noted on electrical drawings.
