Euless Blvd, and an entry gateway at the parking lot entry to the Parks at Texas Star on Highland Dr. per the attached twelve (12) pdf files. Contractor will coordinate with the City, prior to pouring foundations, the location and installation of (owner provided) electrical conduit. Also include in lump sum bid electrical/lighting work per plans. All work associated with planting and irrigation to be completed by the City.
