Of Asphalt Parking Lot Surface and Approximately 627 S.y of Concrete Parking Lot Surface Central Arkansas Water Project No. 5461 Central Arkansas Water Job No. 08853 Direct any bid questions to Tom Wray of Central Arkansas Water at (501) 377-1221 or at Thomas.Wray@carkw.com. All bids must be accompanied by a Certified Check or Bid Bond in an amount equal to at least 5% of the total bid.
